Prof. Dr. Frank Passing is an expert in Artificial Intelligence and the digital transformation of compliance processes in banks and other regulated industries. He is the founder and CEO of Fairfield & Archer, a Hamburg-based provider of AI-powered regulatory compliance software that translates regulatory requirements into auditable workflows for compliance functions in regulated companies. Fintech Hamburg Frank holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence (Natural Language Processing), with a focus on legal and intellectual property rights, and further sharpened his executive perspective at INSEAD. As Professor at IU International University of Applied Sciences, his current research focuses on AI applications in Compliance and ESG Management, with particular emphasis on risk management and compliance management systems (ISO 31000 / ISO 37301).
